All laser cutting is done in house utilising our Brand New State of the art Amada Ensis Fibre laser Capable of cutting Mild Steel upto 25mm thick & Stainless Steel upto 20mm thick

We regularly invest in the latest technology and equipment to provide our customers with the best fabrication process, making it possible for us to complete steel fabrications of almost any shape or size, from a single prototype to a full production run.

We can cut all mild steel & stainless steel sections on our full semi automatic saws up to 620mm x 450mm (sections) and 450mm diameter for Pipes with double mitres at 60deg.

Utilising our AMADA HFE3i, the latest evolution in hydraulic drive press brakes with a highly innovative multi-touch screen interface. This 4 metre 220 ton Press Brake will complement our 175 Ton Kingsland Press Brake.

Combining all of our knowledge and latest machinery together we can laser cut, Guillotine, Bend and assemble the most complex of parts in a cost effective manner and efficiently scale to very high volumes of thousands of parts.
